As you could be seen from the graph, in 1999 the number showed that Thais spent money on full-service restaurants for 3,200 Bt per capita and the no. still kept arising continuously in 2003 that number reached to 3,816 Bt per capita.
On the other hand, the highest growth area was cafes/bars, with more than 67% growth rate. Moreover, the second highest growth rate area was fast food with 36% growth rate and one of the most successful fast food chain in Thailand was Pizza, Mcdonald, KFC, and Burger King. Surprisingly, home delivery was one of the slowest growth rate area, it found out that home delivered faced with an issue that people thought that delivered foods were perceived not to be fresh.
